- Bought country bread and almond croissant. The taste of both was great. Croissant had good amount of marzipan stuffing which was great. Country bread was so fluffy on inside and hard shell outside. Would pair perfectly warmed up and some butter on top of it. Space was a little small at the reception area but overall a nice experience. Service was great.
- Such a gemstone find! Tucked away in the center of downtown Chicago, this delicious small bakery not only satisfies your sense of smell but also your stomach! They have fresh croissants made daily in so many different flavors. If that’s not enough they also offer croissant sandwiches. The pistachio croissant is to die for, and don’t even get me started on the chocolate hazelnut ones!! The prosciutto and arugula croissant sandwich is also very delicious salty bite. The employees are very friendly and welcoming. I just wish they had more seating space!
- This was the ABSOLUTE BEST eclair I have EVER had in my life. My friends had the cheese croissant and hazelnut croissant, and they were very pleased as well. If you’re looking for a little sweet pastry and a coffee, THIS IS THE PLACE! French roast coffee was only $1.95!!! Where can you find a good coffee for under $2, much less downtown Chicago! Cute little shop that’s a little hidden.
